| DESCRIPTION |
The band features two outstanding vocalists, Adrian Keeling and Jane Horder, covering all the hits from 50's to today including 50's and 60's rock and roll, rock pop hit parade 70's to today, a bit of Country Rock, your favourite disco tunes and then there are the current day hits. All tunes are from top hit parades from each era.
Prima's aim is to perform only tunes that are well known hits, so that the audience recognise the tune in the first few bars and they are up and dancing right away!
Prima have fun when they perform and their fun is infectious.
Unlike many other covers bands, Prima use only live instrumentation, including tenor sax, guitar, keyboards/synths, bass and drums. All instrumentalists are top in their field and in constant demand for tours and recordings.
Prima comes with a top echelon sound system with their wonderful trained sound operator Jai Ivarsson - the genial Aussie. Their sound system is suitable for events with up to 500 people. The system also has computer controlled background music for pre gig and band breaks, everything from quiet background to full on disco, hip hop etc, so the band break music moves up in intensity as the evening progresses.
Prima can also supply a simple lighting rig for a small extra fee, including disco lights.

I am writing you to say how pleased we were with Prima at our wedding on 26th July. They were the star of the show and kept us dancing all night. They were just what we wanted and I'd love to boogey with them every Saturday!
I really appreciate that they were on time with setting up at the venue and were very professional in spite of the hurricane that came through that day.

Prima's performance was wonderful. One of the main concerns for us at our wedding reception was that we wanted a band that would get everybody of all ages up on the dance floor, and Prima proved they could do this! We have had rave comments from our family and friends and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Prima to others.
